Yes, we work with the client’s material. You can bring us your redundant or broken jewelry, and we will make a new product out of them.
In the manufacture of products, there is a loss of 8-10% (depending on the weight of the product). We take that into account when calculating the weight of raw materials. Therefore, for example, a piece of 10 grams requires 11 grams of material to work with. This is standard practice in all workshops and the norms are confirmed by the assay office.
The loss for repairs is 6%.
For a number of reasons, we do not post all our work on the Internet. You can see some examples of work on the site or in our social networks.
In our workshop, we have more catalogues that you can look at while drinking a cup of coffee or tea, and together we will find a suitable option for you.
First, the value of gold is constantly changing. Secondly, we produce individual items, which we design with customers’ wishes and characteristics in mind. All this affects the final cost.
At your request, we can give you an estimate price for a specific product, but the final cost can only be clarified after discussing all of the details.

We will use our own materials to produce your items. Since the cost of gold fluctuates on the world exchange, you can specify the cost of materials at the time of order.
Yes, you can. We will make a product from our own material, and your gold will be offset 1:1.
This is how we usually work: after discussing all the details of the order and receiving an advance payment, we create a 3D model, send you visualized projections for approval, so that you can clearly see what the result will look like. At this stage, before starting to work with metal, we can estimate the weight of the future product.
If you have an exact weight in mind, we will consider your wishes whenever possible when designing the product.
Work with metal begins only after you approve the project.
Gold of any colour that has identical purity is worth the same for us. However, white gold is often additionally plated with rhodium. Rhodium plating starts from 15 € per item, depending on the particular piece.

We work with reliable suppliers, and at your request we can source any kind of stones.

We can deliver the product anywhere in the world (delivery cost is discussed on an individual basis).
To cover our expenses, we request an advance payment at order, and the rest can be paid once the item is ready.
